Kiara, with 461 units, sells for $322M

Developed in 2017, the 40-story Kiara has 461 units and 15,247 square feet of retail. Weber Thompson designed the tower, which Holland built.

SEATTLE — The Kiara apartment tower, at 111 Terry Ave. N., sold yesterday for a bit over $322.2 million, according to King County records.
