66 Bellingham units sell for over $18M, part of $36M deal

This is the third building sold to the same investor this year.

A brand-new apartment building at 3619 Bill McDonald Parkway in Bellingham sold last month for $18.4 million, according to Mogharebi Group, which represented the unnamed seller and original developer.
