$9.5M sale for Everett auto property

EVERETT — An auto sales property at 7900 Evergreen Way, now home to Pierre Buick GMC, recently sold for $9.5 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was 7900 Evergreen Way LLC, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Evergreen Way 1 LLC, which is associated with the Pierre family. The over 3-acre property has a few small old buildings, and is in the south end of Everett, a little north of Highway 526.
