Looking west, the project is in the heart of the Pike-Pine corridor.

Vacant and graffiti-covered, destined for demolition, the old Garden Studios property, at 1517 Bellevue Ave., is back on the market. It comes with all permits in place for a seven-story, 53-unit replacement project. David Martin of Windermere Real Estate is asking $5.5 million on behalf of the Eastside investors who acquired the midblock site in 2018 for almost $3.8 million. The listing popped up earlier this month.
