Panattoni and Link sell Pacific Gateway for over $260M

From land sale to development sale, the project wrapped in under three years.

Panattoni and partner Link Logistics have sold the recently completed and fully leased Pacific Gateway, which was developed on a large swath of Kent land acquired from Boeing. King Country recorded the $260.1 million deal on Thursday. Six building addresses include 20602 66th Ave. S.
