Enumclaw sees small surge in rental development

Driving east of Enumclaw, on state Route 410, there's been a considerable amount of recent earth work done on the north side of the road (aka Roosevelt Avenue East). That's north of the municipal golf course, and west of the Corliss Resources gravel pit.

That project, most visible to drivers, is the Crystal Mountain mobile home community — with no connection to the ski area where most drivers are headed at this time of the year. There at 2047 Roosevelt, new roads, utilities and mobile home pads look to be in place.
