Vector plans new Pierce County logistics project

Pierce County recently recorded an over 22-acre land sale in the Frederickson area. The nearly $3 million deal at 5319 196th St. E., now vacant, clears the way for what Vector Development calls its West Canyon Logistics project.

Planning for the 200,324-square-foot project began in July under Barghausen, the civil engineer, and architect Synthesis.
