Track 6 nearing completion in SoDo

The railroad tracks are just visible to the right (west) of the new building.

Avenue 55's Track 6 industrial building in SoDo, just south of the Spokane Street Viaduct, is practically done. Construction began almost exactly two years ago on the former Compton Lumber property, at 3847 First Ave. S. (It's actually just west of First, where South Andover Street dead-ends at the BNSF tracks.)
