Prologis does so many large industrial projects, and routinely purchases big building sites, that it's easy to lose track of old deals. Back in 2014, the company paid over $10.6 million for a full block at 54 S. Dawson St. The deal also included a satellite parking lot to the south. The main property, with about 3.4 acres, has three old buildings from the 1950s. Those are now bound for demolition.
