$13M land sale at Ten Trails

BLACK DIAMOND — At the ongoing Ten Trails development, most of which is single family housing, King County recently recorded a $13 million land sale to Toll Brothers. The seller was an LLC associated with master developer Oakpointe Communities, which has been steadily adding roads and utilities, then selling building sites to Toll, Lennar, Pulte and others.

Toll appears to have acquired 69 lots on roughly 10 acres, which Oakpointe recently subdivided out of 37 acres it acquired in 2015.
