Trailer park trades for nearly $7M

KENMORE — A mobile home park at 7031 N.E. 175th St. recently sold for a bit under $6.9 million, according to King County records. That includes a large personal property deduction of $1.2 million from the topline price. The seller was Royal Coachman/Lakewood Villa Partners LLP, which acquired the property in 1991 for about $1.4 million.

The buyer was 7031 Lakewood Villa MHC LLC, which is associated with GSC Investments LLC. That Bay Area firm specializes in mobile home parks. Public records indicate a loan from Washington Trust Bank.
