$27M land sale at Knutson Farms just outside Puyallup

New streets, addresses and lot boundaries are coming for seven more buildings sites beyond The Viking.

A Puyallup-area industrial development site at and around 7525 134th Ave. E. sold last week for $27.5 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller of nearly 73 acres was Knutson Farms, which had owned the land for decades. The family has gradually been selling off farmland, just south of the Puyallup River, to the same two developers.
