Some future residents will overlook the station and elevated tracks.

Almost exactly three years back, Clarion Partners paid $6 million for a downtown Redmond commercial building at 16701 Cleveland St. That's mere steps from the future Downtown Redmond Station, which might open in 2025. Sound Transit's schedule for that has slipped repeatedly.
