Panattoni pays $12M for development site

The site is just south of Highway 18, not far from the Costco and Fred Meyer.

As the DJC first reported last April, Panattoni and SynThesis Architects were then planning a new industrial building in Covington. Once called Apex 18, it now seems to be going by Covington 18. Brokers began marketing the 243,238-square-foot project last summer as a build-to-suit. The city of Covington issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the project in October.
