$54M deal for 147 Puyallup units

PUYALLUP — Brookstone at Edgewater, at 7513 177th St. Court E. , traded three years ago for over $41 million to Security Properties. The decade-old townhouse complex spans 6 acres, with 147 units.

Last week, in an apparent recapitalization deal worth $54 million, the complex traded into a new entity: SP/RGA Brookstone LP, in which Security Properties remains a partner. Pierce County recorded the deal last Thursday.
