Walsh to build 130 SeaTac units, all affordable, for Mercy Housing

Looking east, Sound Transit’s large garage is just peeking out behind the planned apartments. The tracks are east of that.

Mercy Housing Northwest doesn’t yet own the land at Angle Lake Station, but it’s lined up almost all of its necessary approvals for a planned affordable housing project. The city of SeaTac recently issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the 130-unit proposal, which is intended mainly for families.
