Trammell Crow rethinks Denny Triangle block

No money has changed hands, but the developer may buy the entire block for two separate projects.

Trammell Crow already has one tower planned on the north end of a Denny Triangle block. But last week that program abruptly shifted; more on that below. And this week followed a new plan to the south, which would replace an old industrial building at 900 Virginia St., now leased to Cornish College.
