The sale represents a blow to the aerospace supply cluster in Everett.

A tailor-made Everett industrial and office complex at 905 80th St. S.W. recently sold for almost $21.1 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was MTorres America, a high-tech manufacturing firm based in Spain, whose U.S. subsidiary acquired the land in 2015 for almost $3.3 million, then developed it.
