Capitol Hill corner's 1st sale in 38 years

SEATTLE — A small and vacant office building at 1532 13th Ave. sold for almost $3.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Gerrard Beattie & Knapp, which acquired the property in 1985 for $325,000. That residential brokerage was merged into Compass in 2020. Compass has three other offices in Fremont, South Lake Union and nearby on the Pike-Pine Corridor.
