MUP issued for 146 Magnolia units over new Safeway

Looking northeast, the project will face Magnolia Community Center, west across the street.

There's a newly issued master use permit for the Safeway and 146 residential units to replace the old Albertsons at 2550 32nd Ave. W. in Magnolia . There's also a newly designated builder, Absher Construction, for the seven-story project designed by Bumgardner Architects.
