Ballard self-storage site sells for over $6M

As expected, Premier Storage Investors of Memphis has acquired the site for a planned new Ballard self-storage project. The 1-acre corner at 1115 N.W. 46th St. traded last week for over $6.5 million. The seller was an LLC associated with the Ostergard family, which had owned the industrial buildings for decades. Those will all be razed.
