MainStreet to break ground on 211 Redmond units

Looking south, Spark’s two buildings will be a few steps north of Marymoor Park.

About a year after the 2-acre land sale, MainStreet Property Group will break ground soon on its 211-unit Redmond apartment project near Marymoor Park, dubbed Spark. Affiliated company GenCap Construction will build the five-story project at 17525 N.E. 67th Court , which was designed by Tiscareno Associates. MainStreet will conduct a ceremonial groundbreaking on Jan. 31.
