Shinn Fu offices nearing final form in Redmond

The project may ultimately replace Shinn Fu’s existing building, just visible at rear.

For a vacant lot, Magellan Architects is designing a two-story Redmond office and retail building for Shinn Fu, which mainly makes automotive products. The 10,000-square-foot plan at 8412 164th Ave. N.E. may later replace another small office building that it owns and occupies nearby.
