Big Bel-Red plan emerges at light-rail station

Looking northwest, the plan has the apartments pushed north, and the life-science buildings set to the south. The station is just west of the block.

They assembled the land; now there's a plan. Prominent local investors have over 8.6 acres near the future Bel-Red/130th Station. Now there's a major new mixed-use plan at 13201 N.E. Spring Blvd. from Columbia Pacific Advisors and Compton Design Office.
