Tim's Tavern finds a new home

SEATTLE — Longtime neighborhood bar and music venue Tim's Tavern will reopen in a new location at 9655 16th Ave. S.W. in White Center this spring.

The original Tim's was located at 602 N. 105th St. in Greenwood and closed up shop in fall 2021. That spot had been home to a tavern since the 1930s, and specifically Tim's since 2011.
