399 Shoreline units clear SEPA hurdle

This is the scheme that entered design review last year, not necessarily the final product.

Mill Creek Residential Trust is planning to buy and redevelop an old 50-unit apartment complex in Shoreline. The plan for Modera Shoreline, at 17802 Linden Ave. N., now stands at six to seven stories (on a sloping site), with 399 units.
