Carmel walks away from Capitol Hill project

Great Expectations has the parcels in red. Carmel has two parcels south of that, on Denny.

Capitol Hill Seattle Blog broke the news yesterday that Carmel Partners has abandoned a 293-unit apartment project it had been planning immediately east of Capitol Hill Station and north of Cal Anderson Park.
