207-unit Eastlake luxury apartments top out

The project broke ground in late 2021 and topped out last week.

Liza, a midrise luxury apartment building at 2517 Eastlake Ave. E., has topped out. The project is being developed by Washington Holdings and is set to open in early 2024. Hewitt is the architect and Compass Construction is the general contractor.
