The entire oLiv 50th project also includes a pocket park and small companion building, both on Brooklyn.

Core Spaces has a newly disclosed builder for its planned 25-story student housing tower at 1205 N.E. 50th St., which will replace the vacant old Walgreens. J.H. Findorff & Son is now listed as the contractor for oLiv 50th, which will have 222 units and a small amount of retail. Core Spaces previously opened oLiv Seattle two blocks to the south, near U District Station.
