Industrial plan filed in Bothell

The ballfield is something of an anomaly, in an area full of office parks and industrial buildings.

Jemco Components & Fabrication has long been based in Kirkland, where it primarily makes precision-engineered products for the aerospace industry. It owns several small industrial properties that are clustered in the Moss Bay area, near the Cross Kirkland Corridor. That could change.
