California firm plans Fife logistics building

The city of Fife recently issued a mitigated SEPA determination of non-significance for a planned industrial project at 7215 Valley Ave. E. That's now a mostly agricultural triangle, spanning about 6.5 acres, near a whole lot of industrial and logistics buildings.

Through an LLC, Xebec Realty paid $5 million last month to four sellers to assemble the site. The broker is unknown. With Innova Architects and Barghausen Consulting Engineers, planning began over a year ago for 110,000-square-foot industrial project, which will replace two old farmhouses.
