Pub move links to Roosevelt plan

SEATTLE — The Atlantic Crossing Pub opened its doors in Roosevelt back in 2004, long before light rail and that neighborhood's significant upzoning. It's also one of two remaining tenants in an old commercial complex bound for demolition and redevelopment. Sustainable Living Solutions, with its “kit of parts” flat-pack building method, is behind that nine-story, 144-unit plan.

Thus, perhaps in sign of a coming land sale, Atlantic Crossing recently filed plans to move to Green Lake, on the corner at 7200 Woodlawn Ave. N.E. That little two-story brick building was previously home to OmCulture Green Lake, with offices above.
