Wallace plans 930 Northgate units

Wallace will evidently redevelop in three phases, possibly from east to west.

A block east of Northgate Station (meaning the entire former mall), Wallace Properties began the process a few years back to upzone its old low-rise apartment complex at 10713 Roosevelt Way N.E. After an appeal to the city Hearing Examiner, that upzone to 85 feet was approved last year. The property spans about 5 acres, in an L-shaped configuration that extends west to Eighth Avenue Northeast.
