Walgreens looks to Vulcan's 520 Westlake, with Denny location in play

The drugstore may open a new location in the heart of SLU.

Vulcan Real Estate's 12-story tower at 520 Westlake Ave. N. opened last year, with Google as the sole office tenant. One retail bay was claimed in December. Now Walgreens has filed an early plan for the large north bay, on the very prominent corner of Mercer Street.
