196 Lynnwood units about to break ground

Looking northeast, I-5 is visible at right. The future light-rail station will be a few steps to the southwest.

Koz Development acquired its Lynnwood site for a planned 196-unit apartment project in the fall of 2021. Now there's been an equal-value land sale at 4301 Alderwood Mall Blvd. to a new Koz LLC. The deal was again worth $5.5 million, or about $114 per square foot.
