72 Greenwood units planned at Piper Village

SEATTLE — The family-run Greenwood Shopping Center Inc. has gradually been adding apartments to its retail complex in Greenwood, which is anchored by the Fred Meyer.

Baylis Architects is now designing a seven-story, 72-unit apartment project at 8631 Palatine Ave. N., on vacant land just east of the Fred Meyer.
