Nonprofit plans home in Lake City

SEATTLE — The Andante apartment complex, at 3031 N.E. 137th St. , wraps around a separately owned parking lot with no address. That corner spans 10,794 square feet. And, for now using the Andante's neighboring address, Miller Hull recently filed a new building plan for the nonprofit Lake City Collective.

A three-story building is proposed, with somewhere around 25,000 square feet above grade. The proposal also includes 19 underground parking stalls and 19 bike stalls. It hasn't yet entered design review.
