Following land sale, Alliance plans 285 Tukwila units

Acting as its own builder, Alliance plans to break ground this summer, with completion in early 2025.

A doomed old Tukwila office building at 130 Andover Park E. recently sold for $8.6 million, according to King County records. The buyer was CRP/AR Prose Southcenter Owner LLC, which is associated with regular partners Carlyle Group and Alliance Residential. The property is a little west of the Green River, and east of Westfield Southcenter.
