Apartments set for DeLuxe corner

SEATTLE — Since 1932, the DeLuxe Bar & Grill has been a mainstay for Capitol Hill residents and visitors. In 1963, the Rogel family and a partner bought the business at 619 Broadway E., on the corner of East Roy Street.

The family acquired the building in 1982, and now it's filed a new apartment plan for the corner. That offers 6,776 square feet.
