Hotel plans emerge for Topgolf property in Renton

The developer would like to begin construction this fall.

A hotel has always been part of the plan for the 14-acre Topgolf development in Renton, at 780 Logan Ave. N. The main driving range, with restaurant and amenities, opened last summer. The land sold in 2020, about two years after the early proposal, and construction began in 2021. ARCO/Murray was the builder, and may or may not continue in that role for the next two phases.
