Perkins & Will puts more sharp corners on Mercer

With Mercer in the foreground, looking southwest, the lobby and entry will be on the corner of Eighth.

For a long-vacant site in South Lake Union, Vulcan Real Estate and Perkins & Will face another design review today for their planned lab and life-science building. It'll go on the north end of a block occupied by two prior Vulcan projects, hence the working title Phase 3.3.
