Following land sale, Bode plans 330 Rainier Valley units

As the DJC first reported last fall, developer Bode is planning a new apartment project in Hillman City, at 5960 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. King County recorded the $2.1 million land sale earlier this week.

The seller of the vacant 1.5 acres was a local family, with its brokers being Windermere's Peter Olive and Johnny Beuscher. Update: Bode’s brokers were Ryan Kidwell and Robert Parmar of Mogharebi Group.
