Looking northwest, a diagonal connector would separate the two buildings.

Down in SeaTac, there's been a Pape Kenworth truck dealership at 20220 International Blvd. for decades. That's about to change. The longtime family ownership appears poised to sell, and there's a new six-story, 760-unit apartment plan from architect Axis/GFA. No broker or prospective buyer is obviously attached to the project, which for now is proceeding under the aegis of the Cymbaluk family, which owns Kenworth.
