County pays over $11M for 36 Capitol Hill units

The site is a very short walk to Broadway and Capitol Hill Station.

King County has paid over $11.4 million for a brand new 36-unit apartment building on Capitol Hill. The county recorded the deal at 1010 E. Republican St. yesterday, with the seller being Prescott Building LLC, which is associated with John Maclean and Robert Yeh of Westland Associates.
