116 Bellevue units take shape near Spring District

Looking northeast, the future light-rail station will be only a few steps away. To the north, a separate apartment project will add another 274 units.

Immediately west of the Spring District in Bellevue, Pine Forest Properties has sold most of its land to Alexandria Real Estate Equities. The latter is developing three life-science buildings, plus apartments. On the south end of the entire 10-acre triangle, Pine Forest and Weber Thompson are planning a seven-story, 116-unit apartment building at 1215 120th Ave. N.E., on land that the developer retains.
