SeaTac motel sells for over $9M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATAC — A Motel 6, at 18900 47th Ave. S., sold last week for a bit under $9.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was SeaTac Hotels LLC, which acquired the property in 2011 for $3.7 million.

The buyer was Evergreen Lodging Group LLC, which is associated with a local family-run motel operator/investor group.
