New tenant at Fourth & Union

SEATTLE — The landmarked Fourth & Union Building, at 1404 Fourth Ave., sold last year to Rosauer Real Estate. Its upper office floors, above Men's Wearhouse, have been mostly empty in recent years. That's about to change.

Olson Kundig recently filed renovation plans for the second and third floors. Those will total about 11,200 square feet for tenant Meridian Capital, which is now at the Tower Building in the Denny Triangle.
