GLY to build Uptown life-science project for LPC West

LPC West has one life-science building now rising above grade, just east of Seattle Center. A few steps south, at 112 Fifth Ave. N., a second such project is proposed for that area — on the far east edge of Uptown, where it blurs into South Lake Union.
