BOTHELL — A Wells Fargo branch at 10210 Main St. recently sold for $5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Wells Fargo, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was an LP associated with the Neffner family. It's planning a new six-story, 146-unit apartment building with underground parking.
