Final design ready for 206 Ballard units, plus church

May 8 will be the presumably final design review for the west portion of the St. Luke's Episcopal Church redevelopment plan in Ballard. (The entirely affordable east component we'll recap below.) Security Properties and VIA (a Perkins Eastman Studio) will show their final plan for 5710 22nd Ave. N.W., immediately east of Ballard Commons Park.
